Plan Development Assignments
The development of an Animal Food Safety Plan, outlined below, aligns with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) regulations and HACCP principles. Participants who complete the Plan Development Assignments and the HACCP curriculum will earn a Texas A&M University Certificate of Completion with an International HACCP Alliance seal and members of the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists are eligible to earn 8 continuing education units.
Week # 1
Step 1: Identify ingredients for your product
Step 2: Complete ingredient form (1) and product description form (2)
Step 3: Create process flow form(3)

Week # 4
Step 7: Complete Food Safety Summary Form (8)
Step 8: Create a Table of Contents
